We are the first point of contact if anything happens within Supercharge. Usually, we're juggling 20 tasks a day with huge smiles on our faces. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Office Manager Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support with administrative and financial tasks, assist in HR activities like onboarding and timesheet tracking, and help coordinate day-to-day office logistics. This position is ideal for students enrolled in full-time, on-campus university studies who are available to work 20 hours per week alongside their studies.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Office Manager Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support with administrative and financial tasks, assist in HR activities like onboarding and timesheet tracking, and help coordinate day-to-day office logistics. This position is ideal for students enrolled in full-time, on-campus university studies who are available to work 20 hours per week alongside their studies.

Your day to day will include:

  • Handling administrative and financial tasks, including document management and invoice processing
  • Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and timesheet tracking
  • Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office, including maintenance coordination and supply management
  • Managing procurement and overseeing the full lifecycle of office equipment
  • Taking care of company mail and package logistics
  • Coordinating with suppliers and assisting in the organization of internal events and meetings

We'd love to meet someone who has:

  • Ongoing full-time, on-campus university studies (correspondence or distance learning not eligible)
  • Availability to work 20 hours a week
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
  • A positive, can-do attitude and keen attention to detail
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in administration or office management (a plus, not a must)
