We are looking for an IT Compliance Specialist to join our team and take on the very first dedicated compliance role at our company. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape our compliance function from the ground up, driving the frameworks and practices that will support our growth and strengthen trust with our customers. In this role, you will help design, implement, and improve the processes that keep us aligned with leading standards and evolving regulations, while working closely with both internal teams and external partners to embed compliance into the way we operate.

In this role, you will help design, implement, and improve the processes that keep us aligned with leading standards and evolving regulations, while working closely with both internal teams and external partners to embed compliance into the way we operate.
Your day to day will include:
- Lead, manage, and improve our internal compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIS2).
- Support the implementation of our company-wide information security strategy.
- Coordinate internal security assessments, including penetration tests with third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with our commercial teams to support pre-sales activities related to security and compliance.
- Help evaluate and implement compliance automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Monitor compliance performance, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing best practices.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate with external service providers to manage system access requests, ensuring timely provisioning, compliance, and uninterrupted operations
What makes you thrive here:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT compliance and regulatory affairs, related risk management and auditing
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering field is preferred
- Solid knowledge of at least one major compliance framework (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIS2).
- Experience with compliance automation platforms like Vanta, Drata, or similar is a huge plus
- Experience in maintaining regulatory documentation, compliance reporting, or internal control documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in software-driven environments, including technical product requirements, system controls, testing standards, or certification processes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to embed compliance and present ideas and results effectively
- Excellent communication skills, especially when translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- CISA and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications are a plus
