Are you a passionate Consultant, Analyst, or Digital Product professional with a background in the Energy Industry? If you're ready to drive product innovation in a dynamic environment and help shape Supercharge’s growing Energy Practice, this role could be for you. Reporting directly to our Energy Business Unit Director, you will play a key role in translating complex energy-domain challenges into impactful digital products for our international clients.

As an Energy Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our pre-sales, design, and technology teams to turn business goals and customer needs into seamless, elegant digital solutions. Your mission is to simplify complexity, challenge assumptions, and co-create innovative products together with a multidisciplinary team.

Your journey starts in the pre-sales phase, where you will uncover, structure, and define client requirements -either to meet clearly articulated needs or to build entirely new greenfield products from scratch alongside our Energy Industry spearhead team. You bring a consultancy mindset, strong analytical thinking, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail, paired with very strong English communication skills.

In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility across the lifecycle of energy-related digital products- ranging from platforms supporting energy interconnectors and trading to grid and system operation management solutions. You will lead and support product discovery activities, advise clients on OT and digital product strategy, help define product scope, and guide continuous development initiatives to ensure long-term value and scalability.

If you’re excited about shaping the future of digital products in the energy sector and want to make a tangible impact with a growing, ambitious team, we’d love to hear from you.
