We shape our clients' first impressions of Supercharge and define the experience they will have on their digital journey with us. Our team is growing dynamically across all our international offices, operating in two specialized units: New Business and Account Management. We find new clients, win projects, and grow our partnerships to become successful, long-term, value-creating relationships.
In our work, every day is different. We need to understand various industries and ways of working and uncover our clients’ challenges, sometimes even before they do. Therefore, our super salespeople tend to be a little bit of all: smart consultants, great relationship managers, tech-savvy product enthusiasts, and resourceful fortune tellers. We constantly learn by doing, as there are no two cases that are the same, we always need to come up with tailor-made solutions.
Apart from our serious business acumen, we are not all that serious: we love cracking jokes, making music videos, and talking about literally anything. Preferably with a cup of specialty coffee in hand.
We are looking for an experienced UI Designer to join our talented Budapest Team! We’re looking for somebody who has experience in mobile app & web design and has a balanced engineer / visual mindset when it comes to designing user interfaces. If you are skilled in multiple design principles and you love everything related to interfaces then this will be your dream position.

Your day to day will include
- Working together with our in-house experts (on both Product and Tech side) as well as our clients and our global Art Director
- Creating visually pleasing, but pixel-perfect designs for mobile and web applications
- Working closely with the Product Strategist team, transforming wireframes into development-ready designs
- Developing UI libraries and Design Systems
- Having the chance to create visual concepts as well as animations
- Being able to deliver well-thought-out visual solutions to make our developers' life easier
- Jumping into various business areas from big banks to small startups, from robots to IoT
Current set-up:
- We are a team of 15, working together on various projects
- We love mobile apps and responsive web designs equally
- Our current tool-of-choice is Figma
- English is our common language, as we are an international team
