As a Frontend Tech Lead, you'll be at the forefront of guiding developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring technical excellence and high code quality standards. Your leadership will also involve mentoring team members, managing tasks efficiently, and driving projects to successful, on-time completion. Your day to day will include:

Guiding the JavaScript engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, while setting technical direction and upholding code quality standards
Collaborating with the Solution Architect to define and evolve system architecture for enhanced scalability, performance, and security
Actively engaging in coding, code review, and the enforcement of best practices
Mentoring and coaching team members to promote continuous learning and growth
Efficiently managing tasks and providing technical insights to ensure on-time and on-scope project delivery
Maintaining consistent communication with the Project Manager to ensure alignment and shared objectives
Staying up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies, frameworks, and tools, and introducing relevant technologies to enhance development processes

What makes you thrive here:

5+ years of experience in JavaScript programming. We currently utilize Angular, React and Typescript in our projects. We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead with a focus on Angular, but openness to React is a must
Strong interest in reactive programming, with experience using RxJS and Signals
Experience with a variety of testing frameworks, including including Jest and Playwright
Interest in server-side coding with Node.js, which we would really appreciate
Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members, creating a space for personal and professional growth
Commitment to always supporting your project mates and offering a helping hand when needed
Genuine interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Mindset that encourages innovation, inspiring team members to bring forth fresh ideas and adapt to changing industry landscapes
Hands-on experience with, or openness to adopting AI tools as part of the development workflow
At least an intermediate level of English language skills, as our team operates internationally
