We are looking for a System Administrator to help manage and maintain our fleet of Macs and IT infrastructure at Supercharge. From onboarding new teammates to keeping our server room in top shape, you'll play a key role in ensuring our tech runs smoothly and securely. We are looking for a System Administrator to help manage and maintain our fleet of Macs and IT infrastructure at Supercharge. From onboarding new teammates to keeping our server room in top shape, you'll play a key role in ensuring our tech runs smoothly and securely. If you're proactive, curious, and ready to grow with a team of passionate tech enthusiasts, we'd love to hear from you.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing our fleet of Macs from onboarding to offboarding
- Running, maintaining, and auditing inventory for laptops and other IT equipment annually
- Creating end-user accounts, installing and managing MDM profiles and policies
- Installing end-user software, such as browsers, VPN, and Slack
- Handling hardware-related issues, ensuring warranty conditions are met, and working with Mac services as needed
- Assisting colleagues with EUL (end-user level) issues, such as VPN, network, and account problems
- Physically maintaining the server room, ensuring it's functional and tidy with proper patching and cabling
- Joining a team of tech enthusiasts dedicated to making a difference at Supercharge
What makes you thrive here:
- Having experience with macOS and Apple products - though we're happy to teach if you're happy to learn!
- Understanding networks and VPNs (we use a Mikrotik/Ubiquiti-based infrastructure)
- Knowing your way around Linux-based servers and containerization
- Staying organized and handling admin tasks with a strong focus on security
- Approaching challenges with a curious, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
- Communicating fluently in English, both spoken and written, as we work with an international team
