We're looking for a visionary product strategy leader to lead our 35-person Product & Design organization. This senior role reports directly to our COO with full operational autonomy.
You'll lead 4 direct reports (Product Strategist-, Innovation Consultant-, Business Analyst-, and Visual Team Leads) and be responsible for establishing consistent product development processes across our diverse portfolio of projects.
Your key focus: optimal team setups and product roadmaps, which includes driving effective cross-team collaboration with Sales and Engineering, while evolving our Product Strategist team towards an AI-first product orientation, and acting as a key advisor to the team to ensure the creation of superb digital product experiences.
You'll oversee cross-functional collaboration from pre-sales scoping through product development lifecycles, with full authority over hiring, budget, and strategic decisions.

Your day to day will include:
- Establishing consistent product development frameworks, discovering both customer and business needs across our diverse portfolio, without sacrificing flexibility
- Leading the product team's evolution to full-stack product thinkers
- Optimizing team structures and product roadmaps to ensure the right focus and resource allocation
- Fostering collaboration between our strong product design and business analyst teams with product and engineering
- Delivering on product practice strategy and portfolio goals, scaling AI from ad-hoc usage to a systematic client delivery approach
- Monitoring portfolio health (eNPS, CSAT, scope KPIs), managing risks, and implementing corrective actions
- Mentoring and developing your four Lead reports in a high-performance environment
- Drive talent development initiatives and manage the associated R&D and upskilling budgets to elevate the team's collective capabilities
What makes you thrive here:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development / product design teams within software agencies or tech companies, ideally with experience in both environments
- Proven ability to establish consistent processes across diverse portfolios
- Strong product intuition combined with an appreciation for design excellence and business rigor
- A strategic thinker who worked in with both design-focused teams and built product organizations
- Deep understanding of the full Product Development Lifecycle, including AI-enabled processes
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen for service-based business models
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, good public speaking skills
- Exceptional ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Pragmatic approach to scaling AI adoption across workflows
- Native proficiency in Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, Figma, and AI prototyping tools
- Fluent Business English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Budapest with a hybrid work arrangement
