As the Product Manager of our Agentic AI Accelerator Platform, you'll own what gets built and why. The platform is multi-layered - reusable infrastructure, industry-agnostic components, and vertical solutions - designed to reduce delivery risk, accelerate timelines, and help us win more business. You won’t just manage a backlog; you will build the business case for each component, drive implementation across teams, and ensure that what you build is actually used in client projects.
Your primary measure of success is revenue generated through platform component usage. This keeps things simple: you build what engineers want to use and what helps us sell.
Of course, you won’t do this alone. You will be part of a growing AI division within the publicly listed Finnish technology company Siili Solutions (of which Supercharge is a part), with strong engineering talent across multiple European offices- architects, delivery managers, and technical leads who care about building things well. You’ll have real support, along with real ownership.

Owning the platform roadmap across infrastructure, reusable components, and vertical solutions
Building the business case for each component - how it ties into strategy, whether it helps us sell, how much it speeds up delivery, and how reusable it is across the group
Aligning with commercial leaders to define which components best support our proposition and the needs of the market
Running regular feedback loops with engineering teams across the group to understand what's slowing them down and what platform capabilities they actually need
Keeping a close eye on ongoing AI projects to spot capabilities that can be pulled out and turned into reusable platform assets
Aligning multiple subsidiaries across European offices around a shared platform vision, working through different organisational priorities and delivery timelines
Preparing and presenting roadmap proposals to the AI committee, a regular forum of commercial and technical AI leaders
Scoping components, making sure each one has a technical owner, and coordinating with delivery managers on who builds what and when
Managing each asset through its full lifecycle: from extraction or new build, through documentation and requirements, to publishing and maintenance
Making sure the platform keeps up with a shifting AI landscape, making governance calls on how platform components evolve, including versioning, forking, and deprecation decisions.
Cooperating with technology and cloud vendors to ensure the platform is built on the best available tooling.
Defining and tracking platform metrics - component adoption rates, time saved on project setup, reuse frequency - to measure whether what you're building is actually working
Creating demos and prototypes with technical teams to support sales conversations and validate the idea
Driving adoption by creating clear documentation, educating sales teams across group companies, producing collateral, and making it easy for engineers to pick up and use what you've built
Managing products or platforms for 5+ years, ideally including internal tooling, developer platforms, or reusable component libraries
Comfortable in AI, data, or other technical domains - an engineering degree is a plus, but what matters is that you can scope a feature with a senior architect and understand what you're signing off on
Building business cases that account for strategic fit, sales impact, delivery speed, and reusability across the group
Aligning stakeholders who don't share a reporting line, budget, or set of priorities
Presenting to senior leadership clearly, including when the recommendation is to stop or wait
Thinking across systems and projects - looking for what can be extracted and standardised rather than rebuilt from scratch each time
Caring about whether the things you build are being used, not just that they shipped
Communicating fluently in English within an international team, with Hungarian being a strong advantage given our Budapest base
Willing to travel occasionally, primarily to Finland and other European offices where the group operates
Experience in consultancy or agency environments where you've balanced platform thinking with project-based delivery is a plus
Following the AI space closely enough to translate shifts in technology into practical platform decisions
