Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct relevant research and analysis of Supercharge’s target markets, industries and clients
  • Acquire new high-value clients for Supercharge while working against a balanced set of sales targets including individual and team KPIs. Drive lead prospecting, qualification and engagement, with a focus on local and international projects
  • Build client pitches and present them in an engaging way. Be creative and diligent to maximise our chances of winning
  • Communicate with prospects and clients in an engaging and professional way. You will be the first touchpoint along their journey with Supercharge, so it’s crucial that they loved interacting with us
  • Work closely together with our Managing Director and Product Strategists to drive sales goals and cooperate with our Project Managers, Tech- and Design teams in planning complex, high-value digital projects


What we expect from you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Business Development at an IT Consultancy or at a Digital Agency. International experience is a plus but not a must
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying and engaging with viable partners and in selling complex, custom digital solutions
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Background or related experience in Technology or Software Development is a plus
