Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager you will:

  • Take over client engagement responsibilities from the new business team once a prospect becomes an established client
  • Have regular catch-ups with the Project Manager to stay in the loop of the latest project developments
  • Follow project progress with existing clients to identify new needs as they arise
  • Use wider industry research and insight to support the new business operation by identifying potential prospects
  • Work with new business to draft SOWs, proposals and other supporting documentation for prospects and clients
  • Support the production team (product strategists and developers) in capturing project requirements and client needs during workshops

We expect you to have:

  • At least 3 years of proven client services experience within a digital agency or similar environment
  • Strong client and account management skills, proven in resolving issues, keeping clients happy and securing additional new work after the transition from prospect to client
  • Confident knowledge when it comes to our discovery and design processes, tech-stack and attitude towards development altogether (after we taught you of course:))
  • An innovative mindset: as we’re growing our London office steadily we’d give you room to experiment, try new things and constantly improve our way of working
  • An inquisitive and dedicated attitude to personal development and growth
  • Team player personality, willing to prove themselves within a small office environment that has ambitions to grow
