Senior Recruiter

Your responsibilities:

  • Full life-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer for all sales/marketing/finance roles within the company (if you’re interested in tech we don’t hold you back ;))
  • Working closely with Head of Talent to ensure flawless sync between hiring needs and sources
  • Building a diverse and robust active and passive pipeline for existing roles
  • Keep our ATS happy by uploading and managing it on a daily basis
  • Ensure a positive experience for all of our candidates by being a trusted partner throughout the “hiring journey”
  • Use of data to understand candidate needs and ensuring hiring process quality

 

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 5-year experience in the field of Recruitment (both agency and in-house)
  • International clientele and existing network (Netherlands, UK and USA is a huuuge plus) 
  • Outstanding people and communication skills
  • Fluent English both spoken and written 
  • Innovative, curious, and positive personality
  • Interest in business: always know what’s going on on the market
  • Aspirations for leading a team
  • University degree (BA/BSc) is needed (unless you convince us that it’s not)
