Your responsibilities:
- Full life-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer for all sales/marketing/finance roles within the company (if you’re interested in tech we don’t hold you back ;))
- Working closely with Head of Talent to ensure flawless sync between hiring needs and sources
- Building a diverse and robust active and passive pipeline for existing roles
- Keep our ATS happy by uploading and managing it on a daily basis
- Ensure a positive experience for all of our candidates by being a trusted partner throughout the “hiring journey”
- Use of data to understand candidate needs and ensuring hiring process quality
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of 5-year experience in the field of Recruitment (both agency and in-house)
- International clientele and existing network (Netherlands, UK and USA is a huuuge plus)
- Outstanding people and communication skills
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Innovative, curious, and positive personality
- Interest in business: always know what’s going on on the market
- Aspirations for leading a team
- University degree (BA/BSc) is needed (unless you convince us that it’s not)
