As an Applied AI Engineer you will be an integral part of our Data & AI Engineering service line, working closely with solution architects, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists. In this role, you will design, customize, and integrate advanced LLM capabilities into real-world systems, ensuring seamless interaction between data platforms, AI services, and applications. As an Applied AI Engineer you will be an integral part of our Data & AI Engineering service line, working closely with solution architects, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists. Your day to day will include:
- Designing, developing, analyzing, deploying, and maintaining Generative AI solutions - including Agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, Vector databases and MCP servers
- Monitoring and optimizing AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in real-world use cases
- Staying ahead of emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies in the AI space to proactively bring innovation into our projects
- Translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at different levels of technical expertise
What makes you thrive here:
- At least 5 years of coding experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies (LLM, RLM, VLM, RAG agents)
- Hands-on experience with AI agent workflow frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit)
- Ability to design and implement MCP-based solutions, RAG pipelines, and agent/tool integrations
- Techniques for hallucination mitigation, grounding, and safety
- Experience leveraging no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., N8N) as well as SDKs to build robust AI systems
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (building microservices, serverless functions, webhooks) for developing AI-powered applications, including integrations with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge graphs
- At least intermediate English proficiency, as we collaborate in an international environment
