We are there from the earliest engagement with clients when we help them clarify their digital strategy and product goals through exciting workshops. Then we drive the product concept from early vision to detailed screen designs. We produce customer journeys, wireframes, UI designs, brand and visual concepts, animations, and everything in between to create truly innovative products. We don't create designs for the shelf, our ideas are put into action.
We are a team of 30+ designers across multiple offices empowering and upskilling each other, let that be technical support or overcoming a creative block. Our strong community ensures we keep each other engaged and inspired and always find new ways to grow together.

We're looking for a Senior Product Strategist to lead innovative digital product development and drive real impact for our clients. Your day to day will include:
- You will be consulting clients mostly in the insurance or financial services industries on how to create the most impact with digital product innovation
- Leading workshops and facilitating meetings to understand the needs and domain of our clients
- Putting together product scopes based on industry-specific market insights, business needs user needs
- Crafting delightful customer experiences. Creating maps, journeys, wireframes, and everything in between to bring your product ideas to life.
- Planning and executing user research activities to understand user needs, pain points, and test prototypes
- Coordinating with our Art Director to create visual direction for the product
- Managing our talented UI designers to turn your wireframes into development-ready designs
- Working side-by-side with our world-class development team and supporting them in turning your product idea into stunning software
What makes you thrive here:
- Bringing 4+ years of experience working with digital products- whether in design, product management, or a client-facing consultancy role
- Creating or improving digital products and solutions with a user-centered mindset
- Applying strong analytical and strategic thinking to shape product strategies rooted in business goals and customer needs
- Communicating and consulting effectively while gathering and refining product requirements
- Quickly understanding our discovery and design processes, tech stack, and product development culture
- Collaborating confidently in English within an international team serving mostly foreign clients
- Leveraging domain knowledge or experience in the finance or insurance industry (a plus)
