Then we drive the product concept from early vision to detailed screen designs. We produce customer journeys, wireframes, UI designs, brand and visual concepts, animations, and everything in between to create truly innovative products. We don't create designs for the shelf, our ideas are put into action.
We are a team of 30+ designers across multiple offices empowering and upskilling each other, let that be technical support or overcoming a creative block. Our strong community ensures we keep each other engaged and inspired and always find new ways to grow together.
As a Product Innovation Consultant, you will play a key role in in shaping the future of the Dutch office, working hand-in-hand with our Managing Director and Industry Leads, while also contributing actively to our international strategy and execution.

As a Product Innovation Consultant, you will play a key role in in shaping the future of the Dutch office, working hand-in-hand with our Managing Director and Industry Leads, while also contributing actively to our international strategy and execution.
Your day will include:
- Support our business development: Help our NL Managing Director uncover and understand client needs early on by mapping out and clarifying business requirements for new products
- Define our image: Build up trust towards Supercharge’s product innovation expertise by consulting the client in the initial stages. Structure problems, find creative digital solutions, and show them the path to a better future
- Lead the discovery & scoping process: Facilitate workshops and lead meetings with our clients to understand their domain & business needs, pain points, constraints
- Craft winning strategies for various digital products, considering user, business, and tech aspects, utilizing our design and engineering teams
- Turn your vision into a plan: Create documentation to convey your product ideas - be that a compelling presentation for your product strategy, details of various customer/user journeys or specifications for new features
- Lead & coordinate: Help Product Designers onboard into the project after the discovery & solution exploration phase closed and provide strategic support throughout the project, serving as the lead point of contact towards the client.
- Align with tech: Work side-by-side with our world-class Solution Architects and support them in turning your product ideas into stunning software
What makes you thrive here:
- Good understanding of business processes with a focus on digital (organizational challenges & dynamics, strategic & tactical decision-making).
- At least 4+ years of experience in the field of digital, involved in either Product Design, Product Management, or Digital Strategy/Consultancy roles - experience with Logistics, Healthcare, or Energy industry is a huge plus, but not required
- Strong communication, presentation, client and stakeholder management skills, proven in resolving issues, and keeping clients happy - both in English and Dutch languages
- Good attention to detail when it comes to product scoping & product definition - an ability to define what users and business need in a way that designers and engineers understand
- Ability to quickly gain confident knowledge in new areas, identifying opportunities for digital product development & agentic AI use cases that make our clients’ businesses thrive
- Deep interest in cutting-edge technologies that we use - product development, AI & ML in trending domains - engineering-level understanding is not expected
