We are looking for a People & Culture Manager Intern to join our People Ops team with a learning and development focus! In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to affect the whole company by taking part in people operations and culture-related processes. If you’re interested, then here’s the deal:
Your day to day will include:
- Working together with our Head of People on company-wide people management activities and related processes
- Supporting and participating in the performance review processes
- Being responsible for the execution and administration of our Learning & Development strategy
- Organising in-house trainings and workshops with the support of our Head of People
- Keeping in touch with external coaches and psychologists and connecting them with Superchargers
- Managing the conference sponsorship programme and training applications
- Organising English classes and maintaining contact with external teachers
- Constantly reporting to our Head of People to ensure smooth information flow within Supercharge
We'd love to meet someone who:
- Is currently enrolled in studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management & Leadership (expected graduation in 2026)
- Is available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week for at least 3 months (there's a possibility to extend the 3 months contract based on mutual agreement)
- Has a basic understanding of IT or a willingness to learn (we’re huge nerds here, so it’s a plus if you are too!)
- Possesses a high level of empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills (in other words, it’s a must to 💛 people!)
- Can give and receive direct and constructive feedback, as we have an open feedback culture
- Is cool, stable, and hard-working with a great sense of humor
- Has solid self-management skills—we don’t micromanage here
- Can follow through on issues, involve the right parties, and provide solutions
- Has excellent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken
