We are there from the earliest engagement with clients when we help them clarify their digital strategy and product goals through exciting workshops. Then we drive the product concept from early vision to detailed screen designs. We produce customer journeys, wireframes, UI designs, brand and visual concepts, animations, and everything in between to create truly innovative products. We don't create designs for the shelf, our ideas are put into action.
We are a team of 30+ designers across multiple offices empowering and upskilling each other, let that be technical support or overcoming a creative block. Our strong community ensures we keep each other engaged and inspired and always find new ways to grow together.
We’re looking for a passionate UX/UI designer to craft delightful customer experiences through intuitive journeys, flows, and wireframes, and turn them into polished, development-ready designs. You’ll collaborate closely with product and development teams, connect with international clients, and deliver pixel-perfect solutions for web and mobile. You’ll collaborate closely with product and development teams, connect with international clients, and deliver pixel-perfect solutions for web and mobile. Your day will include:
- Crafting delightful customer experiences by designing intuitive user journeys, flows, and wireframes
- Turning wireframes into polished, development-ready designs while using design systems and UI libraries to bring product ideas to life
- Collaborating closely with our development and product teams to transform ideas into exceptional software
- Connecting with international clients to truly understand their goals, challenges, and domains
- Delivering visually stunning, pixel-perfect designs for both mobile and web applications
- Creating thoughtful, guideline-compliant solutions that not only delight users but also make life easier for developers
- Jumping into user research to uncover needs, spot pain points, and validate prototypes when needed
What makes you thrive here:
- At least 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Experience designing products end-to-end: from mapping customer journeys, to building high-fidelity wireframes, to crafting pixel-perfect UIs
- Confidence in using Figma as your daily design tool
- Strong UI & UX skills backed by a portfolio
- Excellent technical and interaction design skills, and knowing when and how to apply them
- Solid knowledge to handle even more complex design systems
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and strong visual design principles
- Comfortable collaborating in an Agile team to define, design, and ship new features
- Clear, confident English communication skills to collaborate with international clients
