We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to extending offers, for both technical and non-technical roles. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and our Delivery Team to align recruitment with business needs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to extending offers, for both technical and non-technical roles. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and our Delivery Team to align recruitment with business needs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Your day today will include:
- Owning the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer stage
- Building and maintaining healthy pipelines through proactive sourcing and continuous engagement
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and keeping everyone aligned and moving forward
- Creating a smooth, human-centered, and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Keeping processes moving forward (scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring nothing gets lost along the way)
- Keeping our ATS (Lever) clean, structured, and up to date
- Navigating the Hungarian talent market with confidence (understanding where great talent is and how to reach them)
What makes you thrive here:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing
- Strong sourcing skills, with Linkedin used confidently and effectively, along with a range of other sourcing methods
- Proven success in hiring for software engineering roles
- Clear and effective communication, with a natural ability to build trust and connect with people
- Effective stakeholder management with a consistent communication flow
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability in following work through to completion
- Detail-oriented and structured approach, especially in administrative work and processes
- Proactive and collaborative working style, with openness to asking for support when needed
- Curiosity about the tech market and motivation to keep learning
- Fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
