Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring the on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of assigned projects by leading the project development team.
  • Facilitating road mapping and technical/architectural planning.
  • Overseeing the efficient operation of the project development team.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-performing, maintainable, and reproducible software on the project with optimum effort.
  • Managing the overall well-being of our project team.
  • Regularly catching up with the Project Manager to ensure that we're on the right track.
  • Upholding company culture and processes across assigned projects.
  • Assessing and managing project-related technology risks.

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Javascript programming (or equivalent knowledge🤪)
  • Deep understanding of JS and our current stack (listed below)
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Great communication skills, awesome client handling skills
  • Humble, positive, open-minded personality
  • Good English skills both written and spoken

Our current setup:

  • Our framework of choice is Angular 16 with TypeScript nowadays, but we have React and React Native projects as well - now we looking for a JS Tech Lead with React focus
  • We are fancied by reactive programming, NgRx helps us to make this happen
  • When it comes to testing, we are not picky and using Jasmine, Jest, Karma, Chai, and Playwright
  • If you are interested in server-side coding with Node.js, we will be super-excited
  • Git is managing our source code
  • CI is covered by Gitlab
  • We are Scrum practitioners
