Siili, a Finnish digital powerhouse is acquiring a majority stake in our business as we set out to create a market leading digital innovation group together.

The move will result in a larger European footprint for us and significantly broaden the service offering. The two companies will coordinate their business activities very closely but will remain separate entities.

As you might be aware, we are one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital innovation agencies. We help industry-leading clients in protecting, diversifying and reinventing their businesses through design and technology. With 115 experts on top of the support staff across our offices in Budapest, London and Amsterdam, we provide digital strategy, experience design and engineering services to clients like Kodak, Ericsson, Deutsche Telekom, OTP Bank and Pearson.

Siili Solutions, a Finnish firm is a unique combination of a digital design agency and a technology powerhouse. The company has a large roster of clients like Microsoft, Nokia or Kone, especially in the Nordic Region. With over 700 employees Siili has offices in Finland, Germany, Poland and the USA. Siili Solutions Plc’s shares are listed on the stock exchange list of Nasdaq Helsinki Oy.

Tackling digital challenges through a joint offering

Through the partnership our group will be able to address a wide range of digital innovation challenges for our clients. While we share a solid foundation of common services and a similar way of working, we also have distinctive services to add to the joint service portfolio.

“Ambitious companies are well aware that they need to build competitive advantage through digital, especially in the aftermath of the current health and economic crisis. I strongly believe that through this partnership we will be in the best position to help our clients realise these goals. Siili’s expertise in data and automation matched with our innovation and design capabilities is a combination that will make us unique as an innovation partner. We look forward to working closely together” – comments Andras Tessenyi, CEO of Supercharge.

The alliance between our businesses also reinforces our companies' strategy to create a large international footprint.

“Supercharge’s strong profitable international growth, corporate culture and energetic team impressed us. Between 2016 and 2019, Supercharge’s average annual revenue growth has been 51%, and their international customer base includes Ericsson, Deutsche Telekom and Kodak, among others. Through the acquisition, our network in Europe will grow significantly and we will be able to serve international customers even better by strengthening our services portfolio. We look forward to working with the team”, adds Marko Somerma, CEO of Siili.

We will rely on it’s Budapest office as a primary development hub to service our clients and have plans to welcome up to 200 new colleagues to our offices in the next five years.
