In our fast-paced industry, it comes naturally that we have to keep up with new trends, methodologies, or technologies. Superchargers are keen to learn every day, they don’t mind questioning old habits and learning about new ways of doing things. This thirst for knowledge is something we seek when we hire new people as well. Thus as a company, we allocate time, effort, and budget to foster learning at Supercharge and we have a bunch of opportunities and different perks for learning. But what exactly does this mean?
We have this saying that most of the magic happens on the job while working on our interesting projects, together with our highly experienced team.
We also believe in peer-to-peer learning, so we have a strong in-house knowledge-sharing culture with domain lunches, workshops, mentoring sessions, feedback talks, and meetups.
In addition, we provide other training opportunities, such as a wide range of in-house soft skill trainings, training & conference sponsorship, employee mental health assistance programs, and English classes.

Our feedback culture became one of the main pillars of our everyday work life and every Supercharger appreciates it highly. By giving constant and well-defined feedback, everyone becomes part of building and nurturing our learning culture and professionalism. Our current structure was set up in a way, that supports the culture of honest and timely feedback. This way of working helps us, to monitor our team’s well-being, individual performance, and personal growth.

Firstly, when a new Supercharger joins our team, we do 2 checks with them throughout their probation period. After, this, we talk every 6 months. During feedback talks, Superchargers tell us about their experience at the organization and we also gather written feedback from their peers, so they have the chance to learn more about their performance.

We evaluate our team’s overall engagement, project experience, and well-being through our quarterly feedback surveys. We also do additional surveys before bigger decisions or after bigger events, and announcements.

Even though we have a well-set structure, our whole feedback culture wouldn’t work without what happens between talks and survey times. Giving honest and timely feedback on a daily basis is super important for us, and we encourage every Supercharger to do it.

At Supercharge, we've always been known for our love for celebration—it's just in our DNA. That's why fostering a vibrant community is at the heart of our culture. We're constantly building connections, both within our team and beyond.

When you join our team, expect to be warmly welcomed with a Newcomer's Beer, a tradition we hold dear. As spring rolls around, we engage in team-building activities intertwined with charitable endeavors, because giving back is part of who we are.

But the fun doesn't stop there. In the summer, Superchargers from around the globe come together for a weekend-long festival, creating unforgettable memories. And as winter approaches, we bid adieu to the year in style, marking the end of another successful chapter.

Within our diverse community, you'll find an array of micro-communities to join. Whether you're a runner, cyclist, yogi, or hiker, there's a group for you. And if sports aren't your thing, fear not—we've got a board game club, film club, and even our own soccer and volleyball teams. Plus, let's not forget about our epic company ski and surf trips.
