Your day to day will include:
- Building up and leading a team of AI experts to deliver cutting-edge AI-enabled digital products
- Interpreting complex problems, creating simple solutions and collaborating closely with prospects and our sales team to deliver winning solutions that help customers accelerate critical business outcomes with AI
- Providing technical expertise in pre-sales, outlining the value proposition, clarifying technical requirements, and answering product-related questions
- Creating concepts, suggesting best practices and approaches, designing high-level solution architecture
- Building demos and presentations for customers, facilitating client workshops
- Serving as a trusted advisor on AI to help customers with their end-to-end vision, AI strategy
- Recommending the best AI tools, data frameworks, and deep learning technologies to fit business growth needs
- Developing and delivering AI training sessions and in-house workshops
- Staying up-to-date on AI advancements and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Contributing to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the organisation to enable a culture of continuous learning and improvement
We'd love to meet someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience working as an AI Consultant/Engineer or in a comparable consulting role
- Expertise in modern machine learning frameworks and technologies (Python with Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar in the ML space)
- Knowledge of industry-standard technologies and tools (Databricks, notebooks) in the Data Science and Machine Learning space
- Familiarity with generative AI (LLM) solutions, fluency with scripting in Python, up-to-date with the latest models and techniques (Llama2, GPT4, Gemini, fine-tune, RAG, usage of vector databases, LLM agents)
- Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning or AI models
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that AI solutions deliver successful business outcomes
- Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and business audiences, whether on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
- A strong track record of providing strategic AI guidance to diverse clients across industries
- Proven experience in assessing client needs, defining AI project scopes, and delivering successful outcomes
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment with evolving client needs
- Capacity for independent work within the context of collaborative consulting projects
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
