Your day to day will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, while accurately documenting these interactions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical and business operation issues within a broad and interesting domain
  • Escalating complex issues to higher level technical teams when necessary
  • Assisting in maintaining the customer service knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available
  • Actively participating in ongoing training and certification programs to expand your technical knowledge and skills

We’d love to meet someone who has:

  • Affinity to customer support role, with sound technical knowledge and skills. Previous customer support experience is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal english communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software, and tools, willingness to enhance knowledge adding further tools in your belt 
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
